Orders and the proof stage Every piece is made to order. After you order, we prepare your piece and share a digital proof. Printing begins only after you approve the proof. Details you provide for personalisation (names, courses, dates, milestones) must be accurate; we print what you approve.
Prices and payment Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. For commissioned and larger orders agreed directly, payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Delivery Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy. Online checkout is available for Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Delivery to Ireland and the United States is included in the product price. Shipping charges for the other supported markets are shown at checkout. Customers elsewhere may contact BHÍOS Golf directly.
Returns Returns terms are set out in our refund policy. Personalised, made to order goods are exempt from the statutory cooling off period; damaged or incorrect pieces are replaced at no cost.
Ownership of designs The design of your piece, the BHÍOS name, the stamp and all artwork remain the property of BHÍOS Golf. Your piece is for personal display and gifting, not for reproduction or resale of the design.
Liability Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
